Global users

Global users lets the Zoolytix team find a person across all organizations at once — useful when supporting someone who can't sign in, or who helps at more than one shelter.

What you can do here

• Search for a user by name or email
• Review a user's organizations and roles

Search by name or email, then open a user to see which organizations they belong to, their roles in each, and when they last signed in. Because a single person can be a member of several shelters (see Users), this cross-organization view is the only place that shows the whole picture.

Fields explained

Field	What it means
Phone	Pick the country, then type the local number — the country code is added for you, so don't type it yourself. The phone is used for sign-in and SMS verification codes, so it must be reachable.
